At Olympia, we are committed to ensuring that every visitor enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and inclusive experience. Accessibility is at the heart of how we support our organisers to design and deliver events, and we’re proud to offer a venue that supports the needs of all our guests.

Support Services
- Assistance animals are welcome at most events. Please check with your event organiser for any specific restrictions. Please note that welfare facilities are not available on-site. Owners are kindly asked to ensure their animals remain under control at all times, whether on a lead, in a harness, or in a suitable pet carrier, and are fully responsible for their care and behaviour during their visit.
- For specific information about hearing assistance available at events, please contact the event organiser.
- On-site support is always available. If you need help during your visit, speak to any member of staff who will be more than happy to assist.
- We’re also delighted to have been accredited as a dementia-friendly venue by the Mayor of London’s culture team. Find out more.
