Purpose-built for flexibility, the ICC connects directly with Olympia’s wider event spaces, allowing organisers to shape the venue around their programme. From single-auditorium conferences to multi-room conventions, networking receptions, breakout sessions, and private hospitality, the ICC can be configured to support different event formats, delegate flows, and production requirements.

The ICC has its own entrance and exit on Hammersmith Road, creating a dedicated arrival experience for delegates, speakers, sponsors, and VIPs. The guest reception includes bespoke digital screens and lighting capabilities, helping organisers brand the arrival journey and create a clear sense of event identity from the moment guests enter.

Up to 430 Capacity
The ICC offers breakout rooms with capacities ranging from smaller seminar settings to rooms for up to 430 guests. These spaces support workshops, panel sessions, training, sponsor sessions, private meetings, and multi-track conference programmes. Each room is fitted with plug-and-play AV technology to support efficient event delivery.

Two Lounge Spaces
The ICC includes two business lounge spaces that can support private networking, headline sponsors, green rooms, speaker preparation, VIP hospitality, and smaller hosted meetings. More than a circulation space, the ICC foyer can support registration, delegate wayfinding, networking, sponsor activations, and informal hospitality. Up to 400 Capacity
The large conference room on level 2 can host up to 400 guests in a theatre-style layout and can also be configured for conferences or dining events for up to 280 guests. Up to 800+ Capacity
The ICC main auditorium on level 1 can host 800+ guests and combines flexible seating with cutting-edge AV, immersive surround sound, and fully customisable LED lighting.
