Yes. Any vehicle servicing an event must pre-book access through Voyage Control.

Bookings are normally available 30 days before the event start date.

No. Please make only one booking per vehicle, per day. Consecutive time slots are not permitted.

The maximum vehicle height permitted is 4.4 metres.

Yes. The vehicle type and registration must match the details on your booking. Vehicles that do not match may be refused entry.

Please arrive at your allocated time. Vehicles arriving early or late may be refused access.

You should be ready to complete your loading or unloading within your booked time slot.

Vehicles should enter via Blythe Road, accessed from Hammersmith Road. We recommend approaching from the Hammersmith direction. Please refer to the loading and unloading map for full access details.

Exhibitors should refer to their exhibitor manual for detailed guidance specific to their event.

Yes. Please print your pass and display it clearly inside your vehicle so it can be checked by traffic staff.

Please follow all instructions given by Olympia traffic staff at all times.

Yes. If you require parking outside your booked loading or unloading slot, you should pre-book parking online to secure a space.
