For the next generation of athletes: HYROX Youngstars is designed for athletes aged 8–15. Tailored workouts, high-energy competition, and a motivating atmosphere make this the perfect introduction to fitness racing. Youngstars participants will test their limits, build strength, and enjoy an unforgettable experience in a safe, supportive environment.
