The ultimate showdown begins here. HYROX brings the EMEA Regional Championships to the iconic capital, giving athletes across Europe the chance to claim the prestigious title of European Champion in their age group.

Unlike the World Championships, the EMEA Regional Championships are open-entry, no qualification is required. Any athlete from the European region* can sign up, step onto the start line, and compete in the Open Weights Divisions. These championships also serve as a pathway to the World Championships, allowing qualification in Single Men/Women or Doubles Men/Women categories without racing in Pro weights.

*Eligibility: Only citizens of countries within the designated European region may compete. Temporary visa holders (e.g. tourists or students) are not eligible. Proof of eligibility is required via valid government-issued ID. Athletes with multiple citizenships may participate in only one Regional Championship.
