Join Coates & Seely co-founder Nicholas Coates for an exclusive dining experience featuring exceptional English sparkling wine and the stories behind one of England's leading producers.

Experience a specially curated three-course dinner crafted by Executive Chefs Samantha Williams and Lorena Tomassi, developed in collaboration with Nicholas’ wife, Virginia Coates, Head of Events and Chef.

Begin the evening a welcome glass and chef’s canapés before moving through kombu-brined sea bream with pomegranate and lovage oil, followed by Chalk Stream trout with courgette and datterini. To finish, enjoy a delicate strawberry crémeux and vanilla cake paired with Château Suduiraut 2017.
