Begin your experience with delicate savouries, including John Ross Jnr smoked salmon with trout mousse, free-range egg and chive, roast beef with celeriac remoulade, and classic cucumber with cream cheese, with the option to add a luxurious lobster supplement.
Follow with a selection of Lorena’s cakes and pastries featuring a nutty date sponge, a Petite Black Forest cake, a vibrant beetroot-strawberry entremet, and coconut-caramel choux craquelin.
Complete your afternoon with warm brioche scones served alongside jam, clotted cream and your choice of Jing tea.
