XENOM, the Decathlon of Fitness™, makes its UK debut at Olympia on 29 and 30 August, bringing a new global benchmark for functional and hybrid fitness to London.

Designed as a two day, stadium scale competition, XENOM challenges athletes across 10 fixed events that test strength, endurance and technical skill. Unlike traditional fitness competitions, every competitor completes the same events and is scored using a universal points based system, creating a consistent global standard that allows athletes to compare performances and track progress over time.

Open to both elite competitors and dedicated amateurs, XENOM offers a unique opportunity to measure total fitness against athletes from around the world. Following its inaugural US event, the competition arrives at Olympia after attracting significant interest from the UK fitness community, with more than 2,000 athletes registering through the London ballot.
