Olympia has appointed three new service partners to enhance operational delivery across its historic event spaces and wider estate, as the £1.3bn transformation enters its final stages. The redevelopment will establish the iconic West London venue as one of the capital’s leading events and entertainment destinations.

Since 1 January 2026, Stambridge has been responsible for delivering security across all events held at Olympia, a significant development that brings all event security provision under a single specialist partner. Stambridge will be instrumental in supporting the safe and seamless delivery of exhibitions, consumer shows, and live events across the estate. This decision reflects Olympia’s ongoing commitment to consistent standards, best practice and trusted delivery for its organisers and visitors.

To complement this, Carlisle Support Services has expanded its estate partnership to support Olympia Events’ building security and new International Convention Centre operations from 1 February 2026. With extensive experience across high profile venues, Carlisle will help maintain strong standards of safety and guest assurance across the destination.

CSP has also extended its tenure as Olympia Events’ logistics provider, continuing to provide expert support across traffic management, stewarding, and wider event logistics across the site.

These appointments reinforce Olympia’s focus on operational excellence as it prepares to open the new ICC in Spring 2026 and completes significant restoration and investment across its heritage halls, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and guests.
