As the Olympia estate is redeveloped to create an exciting destination with various new spaces and experiences, we're also investing in the existing venue spaces. Our new larger Henley Suite with refurbished rooms is now available for shows occupying The Grand Hall.
The new suite is spread over two floors comprising eight state-of-the-art meeting and seminar rooms, refurbed staircases and landings as well as brand new unisex toilets. The spaces have been designed for flexibility and neurodiversity has been a key factor in their development to create a welcoming environment for all.

All meeting and seminar rooms have the latest plug and play AV installed for your visual needs, enabling you to navigate the technology seamlessly.
Customise the suite with bespoke coloured room lighting, as well as digital screens outside each room to display your branding.
Enhance your visitors' experience in the Henley Suite with quality food and drink options, expertly crafted using a local supply chain and fresh, organic ingredients.
The Henley Suites are directly connected to The Grand Hall, providing you flexibility and even more floorspace.
