Inspired by the plant nurseries and vineyards which once grew at Olympia, Lillie’s is a rooftop sparkling wine and champagne bar, serving English sparkling wine and a unique menu of seasonal British small plates.
This season’s signature items include: Gressingham Duck breast with potato fondant and blackberry jus, Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail, Exmoor Caviar, Devon Crab Salad and Rathfinny English Sparkling Wine.

Lillie's will be taking a short break from 12th October to prepare for the season ahead. Lillie's rooftop will return fully enclosed for winter, while their kitchen team works on a new menu of beautiful small plates and hearty seasonal dishes. Welcoming guests back from mid-November.
