Led by Executive Chef Samantha Williams and Executive Pastry Chef Lorena Tommasi, the kitchen champions the finest UK suppliers. Both chefs draw on their experience from London’s most respected French and Italian kitchens to craft a menu that might just surprise you. Beyond the plate, the restaurant unfolds across a suite of breathtaking rooms within the Grade II* listed Pillar Hall. From the lush botanical garden room to the central bar, where theatrical cocktails take centre stage, each space draws you towards the heart of the restaurant—a dining room warmed by the steady glow of a fireplace.
