Under the expert guidance of Kira Smith, a Japan-trained lacquer artist with over a decade of experience, you’ll learn the delicate art of repairing broken ceramics by highlighting their cracks with gold. Transform what was once fractured into a unique, beautiful keepsake to take home.

What you’ll experience

  • Master Guidance: Work directly with Kira Smith, tapping into her 10+ years of expertise in Japanese lacquer art.
  • Take Home Your Work: Craft a custom Decorative Kintsugi Magnet that is touch-dry by the end of your session and ready to display.
