Olympia Events appoints new Head of Sales – Exhibitions

Olympia Events, managed by Legends Global, has announced the appointment of Davinia Bourdon as Head of Sales - Exhibitions.

The appointment forms part of recent senior leadership hires at Olympia Events as the organisation prepares for the next phase of Olympia’s £1.3bn regeneration and a new era for exhibitions at the iconic London venue.

Bourdon brings 17 years of experience in the events and exhibitions industry, with expertise in sponsorship strategy, event innovation, geo-cloning, and driving commercial revenue and brand value for stakeholders and partners. Throughout her career, Bourdon has worked closely with organisers and brands to create commercially successful event platforms, developing meaningful stakeholder relationships to support the long-term growth of exhibitions and live events.

Prior to Olympia Events, Bourdon held roles at Haymarket Media Group, Clarion Events, RX Global and Easyfairs. With a strong background in sales, she has led commercial growth, sponsorship and strategic partnerships across a range of large-scale exhibitions, conferences and hosted buyer events.

In her new role as Head of Sales – Exhibitions, Bourdon will oversee the development and growth of the venue’s exhibitions portfolio. She will work closely with organisers and partners to strengthen Olympia’s position as a leading destination for trade and consumer exhibitions, while supporting the venue’s broader transformation as new event spaces come online across the estate.

Bourdon’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Olympia as the destination prepares to welcome a new era of events across its heritage halls, ICC and The Addison, alongside a wider offering of cultural and hospitality venues.

The new venues and public spaces at Olympia will open in phases, culminating with the new theatre in early 2027.The International Convention Centre will open this spring, followed by The Addison later this summer.
