Defined by a legacy of creative “firsts”, Upstairs at Pillar Hall is a space rich in cultural heritage. Once the backdrop for Vivienne Westwood’s critically acclaimed 1981 'Pirate' catwalk collection and home to one of the UK’s earliest cinemas, it has long been the stage for landmark moments in culture. Now, the historic venue has been reimagined into to a unique dual experience: a grand restaurant elevated with live music on Fridays and throughout the weekend, and an intimate setting for private events during the week.
