Gnarls Barkley returns to the UK with the music that made them one of the most distinctive and unpredictable acts of the 21st century, following the release of their first new album in 18 years.
Released in 2006, "Crazy", the lead single from their debut album St. Elsewhere, became a defining record of the decade and a worldwide phenomenon. After making history as the first song ever to reach No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart through download sales alone and spending nine consecutive weeks at the top spot, its success established the duo as one of their generation's most inventive musical partnerships, blending soul, hip-hop, rock, pop, and psychedelia to top the UK Albums Chart.
Following their 2008 album The Odd Couple, the pair last performed together that same year before pursuing hugely successful solo careers. Nearly two decades later, they officially ended their recording hiatus with the release of Atlanta, their third studio album. Named after the city central to both artists' stories, the album pairs CeeLo Green's unmistakable, gospel-inflected vocals with Danger Mouse's richly layered, genre-defying production.
Now, Gnarls Barkley brings their newly released album and much-loved catalogue to British Airways ARC.
